Utah

Logan
July 2022
I visited the Logan, UT temple for the first time in July of 2022 while working in the area at an FSY camp. This was the first Utah temple I had ever been in!

Provo City Center
October 2022
The first time I went to the Provo City Center temple was in October 2022 with the YSA ward I was in at the time. It was definitely nerve wracking to go to the temple with a dozen people I had met that month, but it was a great experience!

Provo
November 2022
While the old Provo temple is no longer standing (as it’s being completely rebuilt), it holds a lot of fond memories for me. I first visited in November of 2022.

Payson
May 2023
I first visited the Payson temple in May of 2023 with a friend in my ward. It has since become one of my favorites. Payson is however a very popular temple during wedding season!

Mount Timpanogos
April 2023
Mount Timpanogos is a very centrally located temple that I first visited in April of 2023. I now frequent this temple with my current YSA ward.

Draper
May 2023
The Draper temple is definitely not the easiest to get to as it sits on the top of a pretty steep hill, but I always appreciate it when I get to visit. I first visited the Draper temple in May of 2023.

Cedar City
June 2023
I first visited the Cedar City temple when I was in town for a friend’s wedding in June of 2023. I really like this temple, and I also really like how warm it is in Cedar City!

Vernal
July 2023
The summer of 2023 was a busy season for me when it comes to visiting new temples! I first visited the Vernal temple in July of 2023, and it is one of my most unsung favorites.

Saratoga Springs
November 2023
The first time I actually visited the Saratoga Springs temple was actually during its open house in April of 2023. However, the first time I went in after its dedication was in November 2023. Saratoga Springs is one of Utah’s newest temples and is very beautiful.

Jordan River
December 2023
The Jordan River temple is located in South Jordan. I first visited it in December of 2023. It’s a large temple and has a very beautiful grounds.

Bountiful
December 2023
I have only visited the Bountiful temple once and never got any pictures of it. My session was at 7 pm and the sun had already set. It was also frigid in December of 2023, and so I rushed right inside from the underground garage.

Orem
February 2024
I also attended the open house for the Orem temple before it was dedicated. The first time I visited the temple post-dedication was in February 2024. I attend the Orem temple frequently, as the Provo temple has closed for rebuilding.

Taylorsville
August 2024
Taylorsville is another newly opened Utah temple. I first visited in August of 2024. I really wish I had gone to the open house, as this temple is one of the Salt Lake area temples, and is a bit of a drive for me.

Manti
December 2024
Manti is the oldest temple I’ve been to after Logan. I first visited in December of 2024, and really loved the historic interior. It very much felt like experiencing being in a castle!

Monticello
February 2025
Monticello is one of the President Hinckley temples. It was opened in 1998 originally, however was closed and rededicated in 2002. It is one of the smallest in the country and was the first I had to take off my shoes in order to walk around in!

Deseret Peak
March 2025
Deseret Peak is a sister temple to Orem, and is very beautiful. Opened just last year, it was the 200th dedicated temple in the world! I took a day trip up to Tooele to see it, and it was time definitely well spent.
